Inclusive Employer Brand
Applications for the 4th Edition of the Inclusive Employer Brand are open from January 2 to March 1, 2023, inclusive, and must be submitted on the IEFPonline portal.
The Inclusive Employer Mark is intended to promote the public recognition and distinction of open and inclusive management practices developed by employers in relation to people with disabilities.
The Mark is awarded every 2 years in odd-numbered years.
DESTINATIONS
- Employers that contribute to the implementation of an inclusive labor market and are distinguished by leading practices in the following areas:
- Recruitment, development and progression
- Maintenance and take-back
- Accessibility
- Service and community relations
PROMOTERS
- Employers in the public, private, cooperative and social economy sectors
- People with disabilities involved in business creation, as entrepreneurs, or self-employment.
MODALITIES
Award of the following distinctions to those who have distinguished themselves in the 2 years preceding the application by open and inclusive reference practices:
- Inclusive Employer Brand, to those who distinguish themselves in one or more of the above areas
- Inclusive Employer Mark - Excellence, to those who distinguish themselves in all areas
APPLICATION
Applications must be formalized on the Iefponline portal in January and February of odd-numbered years.
