BTOCNET's differentiation strategy involves implementing, with its customers, a culture of financial information optimization, with the aim of making it a crucial management tool to support decision making for their businesses.

We are one of the few companies in this sector certified in NP EN ISO 9001:2015 (Quality) and NP ISO/IEC 27001:2022 (Information Security) nthe provision of Accounting, Human Human Resources Management, Financial Management and Tax Consultancy.

2025

A BTOCNET prossegue a sua expansão, alcança maior presença nacional e realiza o 2.º Congresso BTOCNET, um marco que demonstra a maturidade, a consolidação e a projeção nacional da Rede, reforçando a sua relevância no setor. O ano distingue-se pelo crescimento exponencial, pelo fortalecimento das relações com fornecedores e pela criação de parcerias estratégicas que impulsionam a inovação, a qualidade e a competitividade dos seus membros.

2024

Em 2024, a BTOCNET enfrentou desafios decisivos ligados ao desenvolvimento do portal MyBTOCNET, consolidando uma plataforma tecnológica central para a interação e eficiência da rede. Destacou-se também o lançamento das novas ferramentas de simulação de salários e tributação automóvel, que reforçaram a capacidade de apoio técnico aos membros e clientes. O ano ficou ainda marcado pela realização do 1.º Congresso BTOCNET, um momento histórico que celebrou a força da comunidade, fortaleceu o posicionamento da marca e impulsionou a visão estratégica para o futuro.

2023

In February 2023, there was an inflow of capital from an investment fund that will allow the expansion of the network, a clear recognition of the value of BTOCNET's history and strategy.

2022

In October 2022, BTOC independently assumes the BTOCNET brand, realizing a competitive strategy, based on the relationship marketing business model that provides value to its customers and its members through business performance, technological innovation, technical performance and ambition for sustained growth of its network.

2021

In January 2021, the merger of BTOCNET with Viseeon International was operationalized, giving rise to Viseeon Portugal Lda.

2020

A BTOC iniciou um processo de aproximação a uma rede internacional de contabilistas e na ponderação da viabilidade de adoção de um novo paradigma de negócio - Marketing Relacional ou Multi Level Marketing (MLM).

2018

BTOC has implemented the standards: NP EN ISO 9001:2015 and NP ISO/IEC 27001:2013, obtaining certification in the area of quality and information security.

2017

In order to consolidate the company's competitiveness in the national and international market, the entity has advanced to the submission of a (winning) project to qualify its offer, within the scope of the Portugal 2020 Program.

2014

BTOC FINANCE and BTOC TRAINING are created, offering services in the area of corporate finance and intra-company training, respectively. In the same year, BTOC Macau is established.

2013

A aposta estratégica da entidade passou pelo reforço da capacidade de resposta e alargamento do portfólio de serviços a disponibilizar ao mercado - nasce assim a BTOC TAX com a oferta de serviços e soluções fiscais.

2012

The focus on expanding the operation on the African continent, particularly in the Portuguese-speaking market, was reinforced in 2012 with the start of activity in Mozambique and Cape Verde. At the end of the year, the operation was also extended to Madeira Island.

2011

BTOC begins its expansion process and enters the Angolan market with the creation of BTOC Angola. In the same year, the immersion in the Brazilian markettook place, and the activity of BTOC Brasil was initiated.

2010 - The beginning

The project was born leveraged by the change introduced by the entry into force of the Accounting Standardization System (SNC) and the creation of the BTOC CONSULTING Brand (BTOC), an entity dedicated to the provision of accounting, human resources management and management consulting services, with the clear mission of fostering an experience of technical excellence, with its end customer.
